Our Food & Wine Trends for 2023 Virtual Pairing Experience explores three wines from Finger Lakes producers that represent the latest trends that are capturing the attention of viniphiles everywhere!
Sommelier Laura Winter Falk will showcase the hottest items in todays wine and beverage scene. Today’s wine drinkers are looking for wines that tell a story that emphasizes heritage and and sustainability. They want to know who is making the wine, and how and where it is grown. One does not need to look any further than the Finger Lakes where each bottle tells the story of a wine region filled with authentic winemaking.
Three trending wine styles will be introduced with wines from three different FLX producers. Taste why there is some much excitement about these wines, learn why what is old is what is new again, and discover the stories of the producers leading the charge in the region. Each wine will also be paired with food items that also are trending with todays foodies.

All Public Wine Pairing Events require a minimum of 3 total kits in order to run the event at the listed price. These events typically consist of 3 or more separate households joining together in a shared virtual experience, offering an exquisite taste of the Finger Lakes from the comfort of your own home.
In the event that the minimum is not met, we will contact you two weeks prior to the scheduled date, and offer the following options:
