What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific service provided.
What happens if inclement weather arises? Do you cancel for snow storms or rain storms?
Our wine tours go out rain or shine. We only cancel in the event of severe weather that makes driving unsafe, such as flooding, sleet, ice, 3+ inches of snow, or high winds. Our gorge tours go out in a light rain, but we cancel for heavy rain or thunderstorms. If a tour is canceled, we will contact you by phone the day before your tour or the morning of the tour.

Our wine tours in the Finger Lakes are casual, so dress as you are comfortable. It is best to wear comfortable footwear. There are dietary restrictions in my party. Can you accommodate?

We work closely with our regional chefs to provide the highest quality meal experience possible. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know as far in advance as possible, so we can prepare appropriately.
Someone in my party has mobility restrictions. Can you accommodate?
Those with mobility restrictions must decide for themselves, based on their own capability, what type of touring experience best suits their needs. Unfortunately, we are not handicapped accessible.
