  • West Side of Cayuga Lake
  • Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery: This family owned and operated winery is home of a number of unique and handcrafted wines. Particularly known for their cranberry-infused wines.

    Hosmer Winery: A small, family-owned winery that makes a giant footprint in the Finger Lakes with their award-winning wines.

    Sheldrake Point Vineyard: One of the only 100% vinifera wineries on Cayuga Lake and producers of some of the most well-respected and enjoyed wines in the Finger Lakes region.

    Shepherdess Cellars: One of the newest wineries on Cayuga Lake, Shepherdess focuses on dry wines that possess a beautiful mineral edge.

    Finger Lakes Cider House:  Incredible craft hard cider from multiple FLX producers located on a bucolic farm. Must visit!

    Frontenac Point Vineyard & Estate Winery: As a small, family-owned winery that started in 1979, Frontenac produces dry red, white and rose table wines. Enjoy a panoramic view of Cayuga Lake from the winery.

  • Bet The Farm Winery & Market: Bet The Farm is a farm winery, regional wine shop, and gourmet market featuring upstate NY yummies all wrapped up into one adorable lakefront shop.

    King Ferry Winery: Located on the east side of Cayuga Lake and maker of the world-class Treleaven Wines.

    Long Point Winery: A east side gem featuring wines less seen in the Finger Lakes like Zinfindel, Sangiovese, and Sauvignion Blanc.

  • Hopshire Farm and Brewery: Enjoy beer to the fullest as you explore their hops farm, watch the brew making process from the tasting room, and enjoy their own hand crafted brews.

    Ports of New York: A hidden gem by the Cayuga inlet and maker of Meleau specialty wines.

    Six Mile Creek Vineyard: A tasting room located a short drive outside of downtown Ithaca specializing in the production of premium wines and spirits.

  • Barry Family Cellars: Founded in 2011, Barry Family Cellars released its first wines in 2014. The winery specializes in small batch vinifera wines, reflective of place and vintage.

    Chateau Lafayette Reneau: Enjoy a spectacular view with equally spectacular wines, including their Semi-Dry Reisling, the 2014 Governor’s Cup Winner for the best singular wine in New York State.

    Crooked Rooster Brewpub: Located in Watkins Glen, and home of Roosterfish Brewing, Crooked Rooster creates a number of craft beers, from light wheat beers to dark rich porters.

    Damiani Wine Cellars: A relatively new winery, Damiani has built a reputation and following for its hand-crafted, full-bodied Vinifera Reds.

    Finger Lakes Distilling: The region’s only stand-along distillery focuses exclusively on distilled spirits made from local ingredients. All their excellent products are distilled from scratch in small batches.

    Lucky Hare Brewing Company: Initially focusing on ales, Lucky Hare looks to create hand crafted beer that reflects not only their passion for great beer but also the Finger Lakes & its community.

    Red Newt: On Seneca Lake’s east shore, Red Newt provides an array of red and white wines to try in their tasting room, and seasonal and local cuisine in “the Bistro.”

    Silver Thread Vineyard: Since the 1980s, this winery has been providing small-scale, handcrafted Riesling, Pinot Noir, Gerwurztraminer, and Cabernet Franc.

    Standing Stone Vineyards: This family-owned winery sits on some of the oldest vineyards in the Finger Lakes, giving them exceptional fruit to make their exceptional wines.

  • Kemmeter Wines: This is a boutique winery of Johannes Rienhardt, who comes from a wine-making family in Germany that has been making wines since the mid 15th century.  He left Germany, and moved to the Finger Lakes to express his own vision of fine wine making.

    Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard: Wiemer is considered one of the top Riesling producers in the United States, and was recognized by Wine & Spirits Magazine as one of the top 100 American wineries for 2014.

    Red Tail Ridge Winery: Red Tail Ridge is recognized by the New York Times, Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast as one of the best producers in the region. Winemaker Nancy Irelan has made a name in the region for exploring grape varieties not seen anywhere else in the region, like the German Dornfelder and the Italian Teroldego in addition to more classic Finger Lakes varietals.

  • Dr. Konstantin Frank Wine Cellars: The original vinifera winery of the Finger Lakes that has been making stellar wines for over 50 years.

    Heron Hill Vineyards: This beautiful winery boasts a magnificent tasting room, fabulous wines, and farm to table cuisine.

    Ravines Wine Cellars: Crafting some of the most cutting edge wines in the Finger Lakes, winemaker Morton Halgren has received international recognition for his superb and innovative wines.

    McGregor Vineyard: Combining tradition and innovation, McGregor Vineyards creates wine from unique varietals not seen anywhere else in the Finger Lakes.

    Goose Watch Winery: Have an unforgettable experience at Goose Watch with one of the most uncommon collections of premium wines while enjoying a picturesque setting on Cayuga Lake.

    Knapp Winery: On the Cayuga landscape for over 30 years, Knapp is known for its variety of wine, cordials, and brandy, as well as its classic vineyard restaurant.

    Lucas Vineyards: Cayuga Lake’s oldest winery, and home of award winning champagne, nautical-themed blends, and the fun-inspiring Nautie series of wines.

    Swedish Hill Winery: The Peterson family has been crafting award-winning wines at Swedish Hill for over 25 years.

    Thirsty Owl Wine Company: One of Cayuga Lake’s newest wineries and winner of the 2007 Governor’s cup – the “Oscars” of New York State wine.

    Toro Run Winery: Toro Run overlooks Cayuga Lake and serves true world class Finger Lakes wines, including their Signature Estate Grown Gruner Veltliner.

  • Atwater Estate Vineyards: One of region’s most respected wineries with a reputation for producing consistently fabulous wines vintage after vintage.

    Bloomer Creek Vineyard: Known for their vineyard-specific, small-batch vinifera wines. Bloomer Creek has some of the most original illustrations of alsatian-styled wines in the region.

    Hector Wine Company: Enjoy fabulous wines and above and beyond service in their unique tasting room on the East side of Seneca Lake.

    King’s Garden Vineyards: One of the newer wineries along east Seneca, Kings Garden grows classic Vinifera grapes, and is best known for their King’s Cab, a big bold bordeaux style blend.

    Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars: Lamoreaux is one of the most beautiful wineries and vineyards in the region, and their wines are as equally stunning.

    Penguin Bay Winery: Their tasting room offers a combination of fun and elegant Finger Lakes cool climate wines along with five unique sparking wines. Penguin Bay Winery donates a portion of their wine proceeds year-round to the Humboldt Penguin Exhibit at Syracuse’s Rosamond Gifford Zoo.

    Wagner Vineyards: One of the oldest wineries in the Finger Lakes, Wagner produces over 30 types of award-winning wines, and also brews its own line of beers on premises.
