Wine Pairing Presentation

For a bit of a more formal experience than the reception, we have a wine-pairing presentation, where Laura presents 3-6 Finger Lakes wines paired with cheese, chocolate, charcuterie, or artisan bites.  This is a sit-down presentation, where guests would be provided with a flight of wines and paired foods presented with wine education. Presentations can be done at the Coltivare amphitheater in downtown Ithaca, where Laura is a wine instructor, or at your specified location.

Spanish Cava paired with Brie and Fruit

French Chablis paired with granny smith apple, Finger Lakes chevre, and honey ginger citrus drizzle

Finger Lakes Dry Riesling paired with curried cashews

California Meritage paired with glazed roasted duck with sugar plum jam
