The most informal of Laura’s in-person experiences is our Finger Lakes Artisan Beverage and local food pairing reception. In this format, we set up one or more pairing stations set up with your selections of wine, beer, cider, or spirits paired with cheese, chocolate, charcuterie, or artisan bites. Guests go from station to station and receive guided “bite-sized info” about the producers, the pairings, why they were chosen, and why they taste so delicious together. Group size can be as small as 30 people or over 100.

Finger Lakes Cider paired with butternut squash soup
Finger Lakes Cabernet paired with Finger Lakes aged cheese topped with berry preserves
Finger Lakes Bourbon paired with locally-made chorizo
Finger Lakes Red Port paired with New York State chocolate covered cherries
Finger Lakes Brown Ale paired with Ithaca-made cinnamon chocolate truffles
