Wine Pairing Presentation

For a bit of a more formal experience than the reception, we have a wine-pairing presentation, where Laura presents 3-6 Finger Lakes wines paired with cheese, chocolate, charcuterie, or artisan bites.  This is a sit-down presentation, where guests would be provided with a flight of wines and paired foods presented with wine education. Presentations can be done at your specified location.

Here are examples of the menus of two previous presentations:

A Tour Of Finger Lakes Wines (with local cheese, charcuterie, and chocolate)

Sparkling Wine paired with Brie and Fruit

Un-Oaked Chardonnay paired with granny smith apple, Finger Lakes chevre, and honey ginger citrus drizzle

Dry Riesling paired with curried cashews

Pinot Noir paired with Portabella and Mushroom cheddar

Meritage paired with aged salami and black currant preserves

Ruby Port paired with local artisan chocolate

Young Alumni Event was Wonderful!

Your presentation was terrific – so engaging, interesting, timely, and fun! I loved how you spoke directly to the students not only as a wine expert but also as an alum of the college. You related so well to the audience! I enjoyed watching the students' response to smelling, tasting, and thinking about the wine and food pairings. You gave them an excellent education that they’ll be able to use for a lifetime.
