Wine Writing

Laura holds a PhD in nutrition from Cornell University and has written a number of academic articles in that field, but after switching careers in 2007 she discovered her real passion for writing about wine. In 2014, she authored Culinary History of the Finger Lakes: From the Three Sisters to Riesling, which you can buy a signed copy of here. Laura has also written for Vineyard Registry and has been a contributing writer of Edible Finger Lakes Magazine since 2018.
