Quick Details
This course has been designed for members of our extended community who want to learn more about wine in a way that fits into your schedule and your budget. Each week, we will dive deep into a different internationally-recognized grape varietal, learning about its classic characteristics, place of origin, as well as other regions throughout the world in which it thrives. As you taste the different wines from quality producers, you will learn how to identify the structural and aromatic elements of the wine and how they are expressed within each of the presented regions. Learning materials will include a list of recommended producers for each varietal and region.
After each class, you will have the option to join Laura in the Coltivare restaurant for small plates paired with the regional examples of the featured varietal explored in the class.
Thursday will become your favorite day of the week as you expand your wine knowledge and enjoy exquisite world cuisine with regional expression! Sign up for one or sign up for them all, the classes you choose are up to you!
Price: $60-$70 per person (depending on the featured varietal)
Minimum number of students: 6 / Maximum: 15.
If you are planning to attend one or more of the classes this fall, please reserve all the classes you plan on attending. No payment is due at the time of booking.
