A special one-day-only event during the Ithaca Loves Teachers Celebration.  Saturday, February 18th, 3:00 PM, Coltivare Wine Amphitheater

Experience! The Finger Lakes and Asempe Kitchen are offering a special presentation showcasing food and wine trends for 2023! Chef Kuukua Yomekpe will cook up 5 tantalizing plant-based west African bites that represent world cuisine and ingredients that are capturing the attention of foodies and those looking for new exciting food experiences.

Sommelier Laura Winter Falk will pair these creations with Finger Lakes wines that showcase what is all the rage in the current wine and beverage scene, such pet nat, orange wine, lower or no- alcohol crafted beverages, and dry rosé.

Here is your chance to be on the culinary and wine cutting edge. This presentation is part of the Ithaca Loves Teachers celebration, but registration is open to all. Availability is very limited with only 30 tickets being sold.
