The Under the Radar Virtual Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience explores three Finger Lakes “garagiste” winemakers, these hard-to-find wines have been circulating trendy urban restaurants and wine bars, and now we are bringing them to you! Experience these limited-quantity wines paired with hand-crafted Muranda cheeses and some surprising accompaniments. Discover the new trend of Finger Lakes wines made from indigenous yeast and a hands-off approach to winemaking. Broaden your knowledge of some of our smallest Finger Lakes wineries, their impressive wines, and equally impressive cheese pairings in a fun and very tasty virtual experience with owner and certified sommelier, Laura Winter Falk, featuring:
